Also please let us know if you have earlier installed any AVG program or any other antivirus product in your computer/laptop in which you are now trying to install which will help us in assisting you better.

I am totally discussed with your service, emails and the way this new AVG product works. I have been in correspondence with your support staff to try and fix my newly purchased product and have been getting emails to reinstate the product. I have not been able to put into practice what the emails tell me to do and have been having difficulties with your product since I renewed my license. I have been an AVG customer for a long time and am completely unsatisfied with this new product I just renewed in Aug. I am due a refund because I purchased the product twice and now am being told via email that I will be loosing the computer security if I do not re activate the license. Please solve this problem before I totally cancel my subscription and demand a full refund…two refunds in fact. THANK YOU.
