OK so my phone was pinched on Friday 30.11.15 and I got an email on Monday to say the sim was changed from my Alcatel. Go to log in and it doesn't show up in devices so how do I sort that out and get my phone back if AVG knew the sim was changed but phone is not listed.
And I don't know but now my you tube name is changed by itself and I can comment on pictures but not reply to comment's??? SOMEBODY ANYBODY I DO NOT KNOW COMPUTERS, etc etc
