Theft of device without being able to locate or block with AVG

Good evening, I want to know how to permanently block my Motorola G 2nd generation device. It was stolen on 01/07/2017 in another city called Merida, in Venezuela and it is the second time that I get a message by mail for AVG to try to place the SIM card by the operator DIGITEL, I imagine they have not been able to make it work because the same day I blocked it calling to MOVILNET; However I have not been able to locate or block it with the AVG, I have only received the mail messages of the attempt to change the SIM card. The ID of my device is 850cd8d88c and I write from Guarenas, Estado Miranda. Thank you for your help and information!
