In the description please completely explain about your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
Hi. I don't understand the anti-theft web page. There are five icons marked Locate, Mark as Lost, Forwarding, Siren, Lock. Am I supposed to click these in order to enable them, or do I only need to click them in the event that my phone is lost or stolen? Some basic help for this page would be useful, AVG!

This is a tad frustrating. Instead of getting a simple answer from people who know, I'm getting redirected. So why is there an Android forum here for me to post questions on? The fact that there's no help incorporated into the 'my.avg.com pages' is also a cause for concern. I don't have a technical issue or a bug, I just need some basic info.
I've used AVG Free on my phone for years and decided to buy the Pro version today. Aside from removing the annoying ads, I'm not sure I'm benefiting from my purchase.
I saw the email form but didn't use it as I do not require "Technical" help. Oh well - I guess I'll use the email route anyway, as instructed. Thanks (I think).

David, Please note that AVG Android support is provided through email only.

I understand your concern. Please be informed that you need to select this options only at the event when your phone is lost or stolen. When you activate AVG AntiTheft in your phone, it will be by default activate all this features.
