"There are no active components." in RED on top of Dashboard

Dashboard message in red says "There are no active components.". When I click  buttons they indicate Enabled. Tried Support, they have a fix sent with email, but it didn't work for me.
Message box:
"Installation cannot continue.
Error: MFA is already running and only one instance is allowed at a time.
Error Code: 0x001D026
