Setup error
Service 'AVG Firewall' (AVGFWS) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to remove system services.

Error message: General internal error.

My AVG 2014  says "There are no active components." Under each individual component, it says "Unknown".
I next went to Options> Update, and got a pop-up window that says "An error occurred when saving the configuration: The connection is off-line. Go online to learn more about this issue." 
I am not off-line. So, I go online to learn more, and get a webpage with "Information about the issue. All fourms say un-install/re-install

I then tried to uninstall AVG, however, the AVG uninstaller will not let me finish the uninstall. This is the message that comes up part way through the uninstall...

Hi Brendan,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
