This product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG My Account that was created during your purchase. Once you logged in to AVG Management console with your Myaccount credentials, the program will get activated. To check the expiry date, please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About > Subscription.
Good afternoon. I have the same problem as wendy. I have the latest ver.of avg anti virus. Just bought the protection and there is no option for connect or my email on the start page of the program. Can you help?

I understand that you wish to activate AVG Secure VPN in your computer. Please open AVG dashboard installed in your computer and at the top right corner you can see either your email address or connect option. Click on your email address, select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if AVG Secure VPN gets activated.
