Hi Support,
I am trying every possible way to cancel a free trial before I am charged, and it is seemingly impossible to do this.
- None of the website links work online
- The live chat is not working
- The phone line is not working
I am immediately unimpressed by the apparently aggressive business approach used by AVG to secure and renew memberships.
I was offered a free 2 month trial which I would like to discontinue before the renewal date.
Please make contact with me asap in response to this post to let me know how this will be possible.
