Hi, our desktop computer Internet working just fine on 02.01.2018 but on the morning of 03.01.2018, I could not log on to the Internet and in the afternoon and evening still could not.
The following 2 error messages came up when I tried to resolve this issue which usually works just fine, i.e. diagnose internet connection issue.
1. There might be a problem with the driver for the landline cable Adapter
2. There might be a problem with the driver for the Secure VPN Adapter.
The Internet is working as we have WiFi in the house but on the home desktop computer no Internet connection.
Why all of a sudden this has happened?
We are nearly in the second year of our 2 year AVG Protection, we have never had any problems with AVG except for 03.01.2018.
What have you done AVG to caused me this issue, because it is not anything we have done?

I understand the inconvenience. Please disable AVG (Right click on the AVG icon in the system tray and turn off the protection temporarily) and check if you are able to access the Internet.
