You need to fire Citrix. They are incompetent and scary.
The trial was downloaded. All is green. I can't find a way to enter my license number.
AVG Internet Security. Purchased 7/2015. I have the license number and have tried to use it to reactivate. Perhaps it never got activated in the first place?
