You have active AVG Internet Security license valid until 8/27/2019. Have you tried to activate the program once with the license number?
Open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select "Enter the license" > click OK to reactivate the program.
If the issue persists, provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the trial message to check and assist further.
Last August I paid a 2 year sub for AVG Internet Security and successfully installed it, so covered until August 2019! Recently I have been told via AVG that I only had a free sub which has expired, and I am not covered! What, why??? So hard to contact these guys, and I feel vulnerable when I should feel secure! Has anyone else had this problem?
