AVG Android support is provided through email only. Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I have used AVG on my mobile for years and this morning it is showing the following message
To unlock the device you can either
Enter your security pin
insert previous SIM card (which I don't have as had same phone for nearly two years)
visit www.avgmobilation.com (which once I have logged in wont help)
check your email for instructions (which nothing has been sent)
Therefore I am unable to use my phone?
I can receive emails so please can someone advise

Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
