This is about AVG Protection and AVG tune up

Hello Gary,

I certainly understand your concern but I don't think you have contacted a legitimate AVG support for your issue. You can find the contact support of AVG through this link: http://avgread.me/1FQ12oe . Upon checking your record, I have found that you have purchased our AVG PC Tuneup and AVG Internet Security license. I also see that you have already applied for the refund of your PC tuneup license and it is already in progress. So, I request you to get our legitimate AVG support through the link that I provided in this post and get assistance in resolving your issue. Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance.

I initially used the free AVG Internet Protection. In September I bought AVG Pro and AVG tune-up. None of it would load.  I called the number for AVG support and reched someone with a foreign accent, who was hard  for me to understand. The person went into our computer and said it was set up, but it did not work. I kept getting a pop-up screen that we should buy AVG Protection. I was so upset, I waited a week or two and called again and ended up with Euroge (spelling??) tech support. I had 93 registry errors and unless we hired their service for an additional $100 over and above what we already paid AVG, the errors would not be cleared. They claimed I could call in every 45 days for re-service. They said I could return the AVG tune-up, because it would not be needed. They went into the computer and went through a buch of stuff and supposedly cleared up the 93 registry errors. After they hung up, I still had 93 registry errors. The computer worked a little–sometimes it opened and wometimes it would not.  It was very slow to open.  I called back and they went into the computer and did something else.  They said they had to shut down the computer and I said okay. I could never open it again.  I took it to best buy (100 miles away) and they said it would cost $350 to retrieve  the data. HOw do we get a refund from AVG and Euroge?
