I have this website that keeps popping up… it does this at seemingly random times and if I just close chrome and not close the tab…and open later a new tab is created with the same website again but it displays that it doesn't appear to connect to the internet due to no internet connection… puzzling 
I've run Avg scans several times and the Avg indicates no intrusion… any suggestions?
