This morning I simply received a notification stating that "this hone has been safely locked by anti Virus application" I never bought the AVG software and I don't want it on my phone. I was simply part of a Samsung update which ran through the night. I have tried all the steps on this website. I opened an AVG account as well as a Samsung account. Nothing works! I have tried to reset the PIN, and it simply doesn't work. To make matters worse, the phone is simply unable to switch off! Any suggestions would be welcome, but as I said, I tried everything offered on this website already.
