Hi,
I have had the pop up for the threat stated a couple of times in the last day or two. I have moved it to quarantine both times and this time I have followed the file path but within the temp file the path beyond that doesn't exist on my computer. Can you help? I am wondering if I have a false positive, or I need help removing a trojan from my PC. Any help ASAP would be apprecated

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me.I realise that the threat has been isolated, but every time I turn my PC on, a new threat appears under the same name. The file path does not lead anywhere. Is this a false positive? if not, how do I remove the threat completely instead of just isolating them? How do I stop this threat message from recurring on my PC?
