Threat found but never gets removed?

Hello Christopher.
We'll certainly look into this.
It could be possible that the file has been moved to Quarantine but the user interface froze on removing status. Please close the application, reopen it, click Menu -> Quarantine to verify.

Can anyone help with this as the circle next to Resolving… just keeps on spinning?
