AVG detected a threat: “ IDP. ALEXA.51” in the C:\ProgramFiles\Incredimail\BIN\IMApp.exe object, this threat was put in the vault for AVG. I reinstalled my email and it worked, but again appears the threat and it prevents me from opening my email  and this repeatedly .Gives me the impression that the threat is installed in a resident file and again despite being detected and removed, appears again and again.

Thank you for the quick reply.
To get this issue fixed, we request you to uninstall the older version of AVG Internet Security in your pc and then install AVG Internet Security 2016 version back in your pc to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

To install AVG Internet Security please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe download and install the file. Also license number has been sent to registered email id.
