Upon checking the provided email content, we see that it is a scam. Please do not follow any instructions from it.
With AVG Internet Security installed on your computer, it would be protected against emerging threats & hackers. Reason being, it has an active firewall.
As a precautionary measure, we'd suggest you to change the password of your email, social accounts.
Additionally, you can try running Boot time scan using AVG (Open AVG - Click on gear icon beside Scan computer - Click on Install below Boot time scan - Run on next reboot - Restart)
