Spent couple hours with tech Friday night. Still have the same problem.

I have been contimplating buying AVG but I am reluctent to becuse of this virus JS:Miner-Q. I keep getting the threat secured every time I boot up. I would think the avg program would have removed the threat but it keeps coming back. Make me a beliver.

This threat keeps coming up as "Threat securde". How do I get rid of it permanately?

I am getting the same thing.  I get an alert from Avast every hour or so with the warning about "JS:Miner-Q".  Please help us stop this problem.

I am having the same issue, and it started on Feb. 9, 2018 (yesterday).  I have paid for AVG Internet Security, and the same "Threat Secured" screen keeps coming up, exactly like the Screenshot above, for the same virus: JS:Miner-Q[Trj], the same URL, etc.  It has been coming up frequently.  I can keep clicking the AVG notification off, but I am wondering if there is anything else I should do?  Can this threat be permanently removed?  Is there anything I should do to permanently remove it?  Or do I simply keep turning off the AVG notification?
