Threat not in the virus vault

Hello Itay,
Please be informed that you might have permanently removed the file during the detection of the threat and that's the reason you couldn't find the infected file on your virus vault.

In my scan a threat has been detected but when the scan ended i went to the virus vault to see what that threat was but it wasnt there.
is it ok? do i need to worry about something?
