For better clarity, please click on 'see details' option in the threa notificaion & then share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. 
Also, clarify whether you use the AVG Business edition on your device.

I have just recently started getting these popups. How do I get rid of them?
"We've safely aborted connection on regulations.freefileconverter.online because it was infected with URL:Blacklist"

6c7da3045414/2023-11-04T19:41:32.685Z was at the bottom of the screen.
And yes I clicked on scan my PC button.
