This message keeps popping up.  I have run 'Scan My PC' and I have tried restarting my computer but it keeps popping up.
The AVG message says: 'Threat Secured. We've safely aborted connection on free-coupons.network because it was infected with URL:Blacklist. More threats may be lurking!
Then it gives the option to 'Scan My PC'

Hello, I am having the same problem with the email links i will be forwarding to customers at work. I would like to have this fixed so that our customers will not have this problem, here is the screenshot:

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Anthony.
It seems AVG is blocking a Chrome from redirecting to a particular website.
Please reset Google Chrome to default settings and check for the popup.

We will check and help you with this issue.
In order to analyze the website, we request you to submit the URL for analysis through this https://www.avg.com/false-positive-file-form website. 

If it is confirmed as safe, it will be whitelisted and the virus definitions database will be released through update.
You will also get the status updated via email. 
Also, please try to reset your Google Chrome browser once and then check if it helps.
