Abirami, my network address scheme is 10.0.0.X so that IP address that keeps popping up is not on my home network.

If you do a tracert on that address - it appears to be a host in Romania!

I did also check, my Windows is up to date…

I keep getting this message about "Threat Secured".  I have tried everything in similar posts and nothing is working.  I have an image I would like to include but the only thing I see is a URL web address to point to the picture.  I have it saved on my local drive C:…how do I upload it?

I appreciate your patience. It seems that device on that IP address is trying to infect your computer. Hence please check if that IP address is a device in your network. If so, please do complete windows update and keep us informed about the status.
