AVG tells me it has locked 2 files into quarantine. The quarantine window is empty. What do I do next?
Rob, As stated by Karthikeyan (AVG Technologies) in user John Clark's topic quarantine settings are being analysed by the AVG developer team to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Just to advise I to have found this problem.
I used the "Eicar" test virus & it was "found" but was not put into the Quarentine folder, see this post
