I have a mac desktop and suddenly today I have started getting threat secured pop up alerts every few seconds. It is driving me mad. There is nothing in settings to allow me to turn this onto silent. I don't need to be told every time AVG does it's job. I've looked on the web and it seems that it is impossible to stop this now it has started. Do I have to go for a completely different security system and accept I've wasted my money on AVG and just uninstall it
