Threat secured Pop-Up keeps reopening after I have closed it off

Hey All,

This morning I received a pop up notification stating that Java:Malware-gen [Trj]  has been moved to quarantine however each time I close this pop up it re opens. When I open the quarantine, each time I close the pop up a new threat is added (I was up to 368 before). I cannot find a fix for this anywhere and as the computer I am using is the main source of contact for our business I do not want to send any emails out if I could potentially infect our clients.

If anyone has a similar issue please respond!
