Threat secured pop up window is constantly popping up on my screen

Does the pop up appear when you are browsing or is it random? If it appears while browsing, which web browser are you using?
Please try to use a different web browser to verify the issue.

I'd also like to inform that you seem to have multiple subscriptions for same product. I have sent an email containing the subscription details. Please check your inbox and spam box for this email and revert it.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?  Threat secured "We've safely aborted connection on go2news.biz because it was infected with URL:Blacklist"  I have scanned my PC so many times but it continuously popping up.
