The file has now been restored from the quarantine  and everything is back to nomal.

Hello I am onMacOSHigh Sierra version 18.13.3 and on antivirus free version 18.2 I received a threat to my quarantine MacOS:ADLOAD-S{Trj} but when I try to delete the problem it won't let me Help!

Thank you for providing screenshot Graham,
We have confirmed that this is a false detection by AVG which we are aware of and this will be fixed soon. You can select the AVG detection in their quarantine and restore the file.
