Three charges to my account

I have notice three charges to my account.  $89.99, $99.99 and $23.00 from sept 15, 19 and Nov16, 2018.

Could you please identify what was paid for?  I think one is the AVG protection.  What are the other two?

James, payment for the charge 99.99 USD has been cancelled on 2018-08-22. No money has been taken from our end.

78.96 USD is for the AVG TuneUp Unlimited devices - 2 year subscription (Ref. No. 15930099738) on 2018.11.20, which is not an over charge.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund for your orders.

According to our refund policy, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the date your payment was processed. Unfortunately, in your case, this timeframe has been surpassed.
