After performing recomended AVG test of my compouter Saturday morning, I am not able to open Thunder, where I have all my mail or Firefox. Why?

I'm sorry to hear that after running AVG PC Tuneup scan, you experiencing issue with browser and thunder emails. In this case, I request you to open AVG PC tuneup > click on rescue center > undo > restore all the AVG PC changes and reboot your computer once. After reboot, please check if your browser and emails are working working.
