Ticket not updated?

Trouble Ticket#: 07225398

Since the issue could not be resolved via remote desktop, I was told that I would have an email within 24 hours by a higher tiered support. I haven't seen any email, and I need to get SOME kind of AV running. Malwarebytes was deleted by the AVG Support via Remote Desktop, and AVG refuses to install.

Can someone please help?
