Hello Herb,
We will help you in this.
Do you get any message from the AVG when you try to access these sites?
If yes, share us the screenshot of it.

This is NOT about another company's VPN but a security failure in AVG that doean't allow these links to be fullfilled or certain sites to display. The VPN was just another victim (see the error that I get that are stated at the beginning of this conversation…
I'm Getting the following when I access certain sites (across all browsers and on different machines). All have the same level on AVG. Why is this failing?
Example—Trying to access: https://hcdemo2com.ipage.com/howellteachers/ebay/CarlPerkins-Dixie-CD2.JPG
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.
--OR--
Security Connection Failed
--OR--
Gets stuck doing a TLD Handshake.
Besides the error messages outlined at the beginning of this, there is no screen shot. I'm drilling down to find the failure point. My IP from FIOS did not change and the problem sites do not load and fail for the same reason across multiple browsers and machines. They all have ASG so that is the next level of suspect. Does AVG have a problem when websites have older and weaker security encryption? all of this happens on a sporadic basis. It was fine today but bad yesterday. Nothing has changed. What would cause the generation of these security messages? Wouldn't there be some trace of it within AVG?

No AVG message but it happens one day and not the next. In the past (up until the past 2-3 weeks), I would just start up my VPN and that would solve it but now, that won't even connect. I'm just trying to drill down to find the root cause. The problem site is my own that resides on another server. I can't seem to find a way to identify the problem point.

Currently, I'm using Ultra VPN and not AVG for that. Until the past few weeks, the VPN would connect fine but doesn't now when the security failures start… Side note: upon booting up this morning, access is fine to the problem sites (my provider IP address DID NOT change). It will be like this for a few days and then gone. Any ideas?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, Herb
How do you narrow it down saying that there is failure with the AVG Security.
Could you share us the screenshot to support your statement?
