This could be due to the issue with the user interface which is either missing or corrupted.
Let's repair your AVG program and check if that helps. To do so, please refer the below steps:
- On the Start menu enter Control Panel in the search box and select Control Panel from the results.
- Select Programs > Programs and Features, and then select AVG Internet Security.
- Select 'Uninstall' and you will be getting an option to repair.
- Restart your PC to save the changes made.
If this continues to be the same, re-install the product and verify the settings page.
