I run Windows 10. Since the last windows update, my AVG VPN keeps disconnecting me and then immediately tries to re me reconneect
me, but fails. It's a constant loop of disconnect and reconnect. Help!

This isn't the expected behavior.
If you believe that this happens due to AVG Secure VPN kill switch, then let us disable and check the status.
Get into settings of AVG Secure VPN and select "Network Security Tab" to see the check box for kill switch.
Uncheck the box and check the status with the program.
If the issue persist, reinstall AVG Secure VPN and keep us informed about the status.
To uninstall AVG Secure VPN, refer this article.
For installation, check this article. We could not find trial or paid subscription for VPN on your account.
If you have the activation code, use it for activation.
