I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Secure VPN Activation. I request you to share a screenshot of the AVG User Interface (which appear after dounle click on the AVG icon) to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi,
I bought the Secure VPN product but can't install it. I can't log-in when I double-click the AVG icon on my desktop. Actually there isn't any place where to log-in. Hence I can't click the Secure VPN tile to install the program… Thank you in advance.

Hello Antonie,

Thank you for the screenshot. I see that you have opened AVG Internet Security program. Please click the "Home button" on top left corner, AVG management console (AVG Zen) will open. There you can find AVG Secure VPN tile. Click the tile and install the free trial program. Activate it by turning on the protection of AVG Secure VPN (Automatically detects your Myaccount credentials and activate the program).

If you face any difficulties, please let me know to assist further.
