To unsubscribe AVG Secure an Tune up

How do I terminate the contract (not to renew). I want to unsubscribe AVG Secure and Tune up. But my subscription status ist currently not working. It means try it later!!!
But I want to quit now.

Upon checking your account, we couldn't locate any active AVG Secure VPN & AVG TuneUp subscription under it. However, we can see that you do have an AVG Ultimate subscription.
Your AVG Ultimate subscription includes AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp only.
We'd like to inform you that the auto-renewal of your AVG Ultimate subscription has already been cancelled.
You can rest assured, as your AVG Ultimate subscription will not be renewed and no amount will be taken from your account for it's renewal.
If you have further queries, please let us know.

please confirm that you refund the payment (11/5/2020) of €89,99 (your invoice nr. Deleted) within the next 2 weeks. Otherwise I will inform PayPal of the problem.

we got your email and and made all the steps to be refunded for the above mentioned charge. But nothing has happened so far. It`s annoying and our subscription status is still not visible.
