Today I keep getting the message "unfortunately, anti virus has stopped working". The message is appearing every 10 seconds so I can't use my phone. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but the error starts again. I have a yearly subscription for AVG and would like to resolve the matter quickly please! I'm using a samsung galaxy note 3 so appreciate not the newest of phones but this app should still work correctly!
