For several weeks I have been trying to get on board with your program. Tried trial first and then upgraded. I now have three (3) order numbers, and on one I can't get in with my password. The order numbers I have: #701-2994537; 701-2724523; 71583868 (the last number also has a reference #701-2994537 which happens to be one of the order numbers. Please straighten this out. I want the pro which costs $59.99 per year. Do not need for more; this is for my desk top computer only. Please issue credits on all previous orders and let's start with a clean slate. I'm tired of trying to get you on the phone.
