i am personally only using it on 4 devices so I am incredibly confused how its on over 100 devices

I have avg installed on 4 devices, it tells me its installed on over 100 devices? i just changed my password, in case my security got hacked? Will it log everyone out? How do i deactivate all the devices as i have no idea what they would be? or who?
