As the title states. Woke up and found almost $90 taken from my account. I thought I deleted my subscriptions but apparently not. Although when I check online it says I have no active subscriptions. So there’s no way for me to issue a refund, and contacting support seems impossible. I just want my money back, i dont use the app. I deleted it awhile back. I’ve spent 2 hours going in a circle on that goddammit website, i cant call as im overseas, And the website doesnt have the payment in the order history so i cant issued a refund that way. How do I get my money back?!!?!? Is this ‘company’ such a mess that you actually have to tweet them to get a refund? In the future I will be telling everyone the website & support is not worth it.
