i have the same problem as Nikolay. there is no forgot password 'button' and it says that i dont have an account and they can't fint my devise. on my screen it says this phone is lost or stolen. i get mail from avg with pictures of me trying to unlock it,so i clearly have an account…

Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
