I have checked your account, you have an active subscription to AVG Internet Security Unlimited valid until 1/21/2020. It seems that program didn't activate correctly with your Myaccount credentials. Please, open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Remove license (If you have that option) > Login > Enter your Myaccount credentials to activate the product. Check the expiry date and let me know the status.
