Спасибо всем кто помогал. Проблема нашлась на стороне провайдера. Я позвонил в техподдержку оператора интернет, они все исправили.

I tried already and restore software, and uninstall and reinstall, and tried to remove and put avg_remover utility again. It does not help

перестал обновляться антивирус. выдает ошибку: не удалось выполнить обновление. не удалось связаться с сервером обновлений. такое поведение на двух компьютерах сразу (на втором windows 10). проверил компьютер несколькими антивирусными утилитами (вирусов нет), проверил все настройки сетевого подключения и брандмауэра (ничего не мешает). что делать?
