I'd like to cancel my subscription and get my money back because I didn't use the product and I was automatically charged without my participation

The support here is provided in English.
We realize that you have been charged for AVG and would like to get refund for it.
You have been charged RUB1,200.00 for the AVG Anti-Track (1 Year) subscription on 11th August 2019.
Since auto renewal was enabled for its 30 day trial, this charge was debited automatically.
An email notification was sent prior to let you know about this process.
We have initiated the refund for this charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

У меня была пробная версия AVG, я не собиралась оформлять подписку! Но за 3 дня до даты активации у меня списали деньги! Мне НЕ нужна платная версия! Я ее не активировала. Как вернуть деньги и отменить подписку???
