I required to take out Total Care and AVG Ultimate yesterday at a cost of £86 plus £7per month to enable a technician to sort an error on my laptop. AVG Ultimate is advertised to include Internet Security , Tune up and Secure VPN which I already had under contracts. I am told verbally I only get with Total Care the Internet Security and Tune up products with AVG Ultimate.product The confirming e-mails I have received yesterday refer to AVG Ultimate as part of the deal, namely as far as I am concerned the 3 product bundle . This is a breach of advertising standards plus I am not getting a rebate on the 3 existing contracts I was paying . This is a con and totally unacceptable.
