I have been with AVG for several years BUT now I am leaving you. I was nearly scammed out of my life savings by a Scammer/Fraudster when attempting to contact support!! The guy I was working with identified himself as part of your Support Staff and was not! I have been trying to reach an actual human being at your site for help with cancelling my subscriptions and removing my credit card from your site. But it is impossible to do so! Not just frustrating but makes a person angry after a while! What happened to you folks? You used to be top notch. Anyway, I stopped auto renewal on your site but still am not allowed to update or remove my credit card. Do I need to get my Lawyer on this to get ahold of a person that actually is with your company? Come on folks, you are/were better than this!!
