Renewed my AVG to AVG Protection ZEN Apr 7, 2015.  It was for multi-devices for $46.99.  Ever since have gotten pop up windows saying I had so many days before it would expire.even though my account shows April 21, 2016. (?) finally contacted AVG June 1 - chatted w/Nancy, and was advised the problem was due to me not unistalling previous AVG's -  She transferred me to Tech Dept and after much discussion with Komal, and being told that if I did the remote process with AVG, they would delete the old program, re-install the current one, and they would give me the info so I could "invite" my other three devices to join the ZEN program on my PC.  One big happy family!   Went ahead and paid the $19.99 with the knowledge that I would be given the info to do the other three on my own.  waited until today (06/05) to "redeem" the one time service.

Chatted with Amarnath and the remote stuff was being done.  I now apparenlty have the AVG PC Tune up just fine and was given two license numbers but they were supposedly for something from 2014.  I had had a 2 year license on AVG that expired in April 2015.  I was not given the info I needed to update the other devices, am totally feeling like this is not what I was wanting or paid for. So what is one to do?  I was able to print off the "chat" messages with the first two I had spoke with two days ago but today, there was no box to check to save or print the chat.  I went to add a comment to the chat today and inadvertently lost it!  Double frustration for sure.  What do you all suggest?  I have been with AVG for years but right now, I am not pleased.  I am also very sure that no where when I renewed AVG this year, that I was told to uninstall the old AVG program.
