Thank you.

There were problems with my AVG PC TuneUp and my AVG Internet Security. Both programs had been paid for. I also had installed the AVG Zen. The problems couldn't be solved but by deleting them en reinstall them. Today AVG sent me an invoice for AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription). As far as I know, I didn't order that; I just repaired an existing subscription. I don't understand AVG not any longer, and it's very very difficult to get into touch with them, and besides, not in you own language (Dutch), whereas they have an Amsterdam based office. Anyone knows how this works? Thank you so much.

I tried to do what you advised me to do (to chat), but my message didn't come through. As e-mailed earlier, there were problems with my AVG TuneUp, so I finally decided to delete the TuneUp as well as the Internet Security (both paid licenses since 2014). It worked well.

But today I got from AVG an invoice, number 3002708483, dated 05-11-2015 (!!), for 1 year AVG Protection multidevice, for the amount of € 40.49.
What happened? I never ordered the Protection format as far as I remember, and besides, I found a price of € 29,99 on another page of your site.
Have you emerged the TuneUp and the Security into the Protection? But the expiration dates don't match.
Please give me a clear explanation.
Sincerely, Rob, Antwerp, Belgium.
