Total scan doesn't start after installation software

Now I see my question back.It's scanning again.

I have an old Dell latitude D500 on XP PRO.
I have AVG Free on it.
I installed Paragon Drive Copy 14 for XP.
During the installation I had to disable some functions of AVG.
Now I cannot start total scanning.
I can scan shell extensions and a scan has been planned on 23-9.
I cannot start it now.I followed several instructions.Open the button,reactivation of the license,starting the computer again etc.
